CEA Automotive is not responsible for delays or additional issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
While we take all reasonable care, CEA Automotive is not liable for:
Pre-existing faults
Hidden or secondary failures
Loss of use, inconvenience, or indirect costs.
Bookings are subject to availability.
We require at least one working day’s notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Any cancellation made without a minimum of one working day’s notice, or without prior agreement, will result in the booking deposit being non-refundable.
Vehicles not collected within a reasonable timeframe after completion may be subject to storage charges.
We may use new, refurbished, or approved parts depending on availability and repair requirements.
Customer-supplied parts are fitted at the customer’s own risk.
Work on hybrid and electric vehicles involves high-voltage systems.
All procedures are carried out under strict safety protocols.
Customers must not interfere with vehicles under repair.
